Demolition Field Practice: Planning, Structure, Hazmat & Estimating
The second demolition course, for people who know the basics and want to run the work well: building the demolition plan from the engineering survey and the load path, selective and interior demolition inside occupied buildings, structural demolition sequencing with engineered shoring and temporary support, hazardous-materials surveys and abatement coordination through clearance, utility disconnects and verification, dust, noise, and vibration control with numbers in it, and estimating demolition by material stream, production rate, and disposal.
